On the Job Training

Throughout the On-Job training stage, Al-Mujaz Center not only provides the trainees with theoretical and laboratory training, but also with its guidance and supervision to contribute in raising their performance level of quality and instilling them with loyalty to the organization they work in.

The supervision process is conducted by a specialized team that provides the company with a verified detailed report on the trainee's progress. In the meantime, the center monitors the trainees during work, identifies their problems and works with the company to solve them to minimize the Saudi employees' turn over rate as well as increase their productivity and secure the program's effectiveness and proficiency.
